Are you looking to host a Job Crafting™ workshop in your organization? Here are two options:

• You Facilitate: You're welcome to run workshops on your own. We recommend completing the Job Crafting™ Exercise (JCE) yourself first so you're familiar with how it works. Make sure you have enough JCE booklets or web subscriptions (one is needed per person), and then just follow this Two-Hour Workshop Outline.

• Have Us Facilitate: You can also have an expert Job Crafting™ trainer come run the workshop(s) for you. This may be easier for you and can help bring workshops to the next level. If you're interested in this option, Meredith Myers is here to help. In addition to being the Executive Director of Job Crafting LLC, Meredith is an award-winning teacher at the University of Pennsylvania, where she has taught classes on management, leadership, and communication in the Wharton School and Masters of Applied Positive Psychology Program. Meredith holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University. She has been coaching executives for over a decade and has vast experience running trainings in a variety of settings, including companies big and small, government agencies, non-profit organizations, military special forces, and universities.
